Manyor Stanley Takang Wellness Foundation, also known as MST Wellness Foundation, is a community-focused non-governmental organisation based in Buea, in Cameroon's South West Region. We connect people with the healing power of nature and help communities use local resources wisely by bringing together traditional knowledge, education, environmental responsibility, sustainable agriculture and community empowerment.
The ongoing crisis in Cameroon's North West and South West regions has displaced many families and disrupted access to livelihoods, education and community support. We respond by prioritising vulnerable women and children while building practical pathways towards wellbeing, resilience and self-reliance.
